1. What information do we collect?

Account information

When you register a Hopofy account, we collect your user name and email address. We use this information for account identification and email communication about the account status.

Device information

When you install the Hopofy mobile app to your mobile device, we collect device ID/name and model. We use this information for device identification.

Location information

When you run the Hopofy mobile app in your device, and start attending, Hopofy collects location data as well as the battery status through GPS, WIFI, or cellular triangulation. We collect this information so that our system can calculate the distance, and store the path you took

2. How long do we retain your information?

Depends on the company you are working with, they are the one who controls this data

3. Where do we store your information?

Some data is stored in Google Firebase Cloud Service, and other data is stored in the Hopofy server.

4. Do we share your information to outside parties?

Hopofy does not share your personal data with third parties, other than the company you are working with, and as necessary to fulfill our services. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We may be required to disclose an individual’s personal data in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. For example, we may share information to respond to a court order, subpoena, or request from a law enforcement agency.

5. Google Analytics

عندما تقوم بتسجيل حساب هوبوفي ، فإننا نجمع اسم المستخدم وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني الخاصين بك. نستخدم هذه المعلومات لتحديد الحساب والتواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني حول حالة الحساب.

هوبوفي لا تشارك بياناتك الشخصية مع اي أطراف ثالثة، الا مع الشركة التي تعمل بها، او بحسب الضرورة للوفاء بخدماتنا. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي أطراف ثالثة. قد تكون هناك حاجة للكشف عن البيانات الشخصية للفرد استجابة لطلب قانوني من قبل السلطات العامة، بما في ذلك لتلبية متطلبات الأمن القومي أو متطلبات تنفيذ القانون. على سبيل المثال، قد نشارك المعلومات للرد على أمر المحكمة أو استدعاء أو طلب من وكالة تنفيذ القانون.
